Payment is not required at this time. You are just guessing at the number of students you are bringing. You will lock in a final head count and t-shirt sizes on October 6th. We’ll email you a reminder.
You (or your billing contact) will receive an invoice on October 10th. Payment is due on or before the event. $75 per student (no extra fees for contests). Teachers and Chaperones are free.
You’ll register for contests later (by October 27th). We’ll email you a reminder.
You are on your own for lodging. Recommended hotels can be found at www.asb4state.com. Book hotels ASAP!

A "novice" student is a student who is currently in their very first year of video, broadcast or film classes. Your best guess is fine. We don't need a final count until October 6th.
