    Grades 9-12 from schools or homeschools in the United States and Canada. Up to 4 students per entry. Up to 10 entries per school. Each student is limited to only one entry in only one contest. Teacher / parent participation is discouraged, but is not forbidden. Judges will prioritize “authentic youth voice” over production value.
