    • You will need to submit release forms for every person who works on and/or appears in each project.

    • Students over 18 at time of filming can sign their own release forms. Students under 18 at the time of filming must submit a release form signed by a parent/guardian.

    • You will submit release forms at time of entry submission.

Technical Requirements

  • Plan to create HD or 4K .mp4 or .mov files encoded as high quality H.264. Files will be limited to 100mb.

  • Plan to create “clean” versions of every entry. A “clean” version is an export of the video with no music or graphics.

  • You will submit video files and release forms via an online portal.
